Within 48 hours, your unique QAN Code and print-ready FabriQ™ Q Stamp are emailed to you at 300dpi. Print at 1 inch square, back cover, bottom corner, 3mm from the edge.

Once approved, your title appears in the catalogue — searchable by title, author, genre, or QAN Code. Buyers anywhere in the world can find and order.

QRIB Registration Terms & Conditions 1. Review. All titles are personally reviewed within 48 hours. Your QAN Code and FabriQ™ stamp will be issued upon acceptance. Submission does not guarantee registration.

2. Criteria. Original work, solely owned, professionally edited, complete.

3. Refund. A full refund of the registration fee is payable on any title not accepted. Refund processed within 5 working days of decline. No refund once QAN Code has been issued.

4. Commission. QRIB charges 12%. Authors receive 88% and invoice QRIB monthly.

5. Ownership. You retain copyright. QRIB gets non-exclusive licence to display in catalogue.

6. Conduct. Do not register works you do not own.

Upload a PDF for digital sales — readers buy and receive a secure download link. Optionally upload your cover image. Files are stored securely; the PDF is only released on confirmed payment.

Set your price & go live
You set the price. Qeiran retains 12% on digital sales and 12% on any physical orders routed through the platform. The rest goes directly to your PayPal or bank within 48 hours of each sale. Your book appears in the catalogue once approved.
